You were all set for your player to attend an event and now something’s come up. Find out how to request a refund, camp credit, or even ask a team member at Play’n Sports to help find a solution.
Requesting a refund
If you’d like to request a refund before or after the event start date, you can do so by visiting our Resolution Center.
Experiencing an issue
If you’re experiencing an issue and can’t seem to get through to the coach, we will step in and help you ask the coach or organization to fix it. We are available 24/7 for all request.
When you’ll get your refund
If you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll get it automatically within 10 days or even sooner. We’ll send your refund to the same payment method you used when you registered for the event. If you don’t remember, you received a confirmation email with the last 4 digits.
Find your refund amount
The refund amount depends on the events cancellation policy. In most cases, you’ll receive a full refund minus the service fees if cancelled before a certain day. If you can’t cancel and would like to request a refund or camp credit please contact us here.
