The Hardball Instructional League is a specialized program designed to nurture the development of players aiming for college and professional baseball careers. With experienced coaches boasting college, professional, and international backgrounds, the league prioritizes individual growth through skill-oriented drills and game scenarios. The program encompasses skill-building sessions, proper pre-game routines, and post-game recovery practices. It features both intra-league matchups among designated Hardball teams and inter-league contests against local squads. A League Combine offers exposure opportunities.
Eligibility is extended to current or ascending high school and college players driven to excel in high school varsity, college, or even professional levels. Prospective participants will engage in interviews with the league’s staff for assessment. Submission of game footage, training videos, or photos may be requested at the discretion of the Hardball Instructional League. The emphasis lies on development-minded players who are committed to growth while maintaining a competitive spirit.
Contrary to being a recreational league, all players engage in rigorous training in addition to game participation. The league’s venues are yet to be announced, but enrollment covers accommodations, meals, and supervision by adults. It’s important to note that any disruptive behavior will result in immediate suspension and expulsion from the program.
