Each token grants you 20 pitches, and you can choose from speeds ranging between 25mph to 70mph. Membership Options: Take your training to the next level with our exclusive membership options. Enjoy an hour of immersive practice in our top-notch cages, pitching mounds, or fielding areas. We are open on weekdays from 12 pm to 8 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm to 6 pm. To ensure availability, we recommend calling ahead to reserve your preferred space.
With a membership, you can bring a friend along for just $25, allowing them to utilize a single cage while you both enjoy unlimited tokens for maximum training efficiency. Please note that we provide three tokens at a time.

Alan’s tough enthusiasm, honed on the streets of New York City, brings a unique perspective to the Greensboro Batting Center. Having been drafted by the Boston Red Sox and playing for The Greensboro Hornets in 1985 and 1986, Alan’s expertise and love for the sport have shaped our center into what it is today.
