David is the owner who founded the Owner of GameTime Showcase Series LLC to provide opportunities for student athletes to play at the next level. He played college baseball at Slippery Rock University, making two DII NCAA World Series. He also has 12 years of experience coaching high school and travel ball baseball teams. David has been running GameTime Showcase Series events for the past 6 years mainly in Florida and most recent in North Carolina. This year he has expanded from 2 events to 7 events in 5 different states including North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Florida with more to be added soon!

GameTime Showcase Series offers affordable 1 and 2 day showcase events for high school, post grad and JUCO/College transfer baseball athletes! Our goal for these showcase events is to provide the athletes with opportunities to get in front of as many college coaches as possible in one location in hopes of fulfilling their dreams of playing at the next level!

GameTime Showcase Series will promise to give you an honest opportunity and well run events! This will allow you to showcase yourself as an athlete in hopes to fulfilling your dreams of playing at the next level in front of a large number of college coaches!

COLLEGE EXPOSURE

You want to get your players in front of college coaches, we can guarantee we have them at our events. The exposure at any showcase event is essential so we make sure you are getting the maximum exposure at our events by having 30-50+ college coaches in attendance at each of our event. We will have live leaderboards posted on Twitter. We will post videos and high lights on social media for coaches to follow. After the event we will send players metrics to every school in the country! This allows for maximum exposure from all divisions across the country!

GUARANTEED COLLEGE COACHES ATTENDING

The 30- 50+ college coaches are attending our events to find the next wave of college baseball players. Our events will feature colleges of of all levels D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and Junior College. This allows our athletes to be seen and scouted by colleges from each level!

VERIFIED METRICS

One of the most important aspects of attending any showcase event is to know you are getting verified results for college coaches.

Every rostered player will participate in a showcase workout and receive a full metrics breakdown.

SOCIAL MEDIA COVERAGE

Each of our events will be fully covered on our social media, including Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook that are followed by 1000s of college coaches. With today’s ever evolving technology, we strive to make sure we provide the highest quality coverage possible for the success of the athletes attending our events. If one of the school listed to attend one of our events is forced to drop out for some reason, we will attempt to replace them with another school. Showcase participants are free to share their player metrics information with schools not in attendance per NCAA Rules and Regulations. (Open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level or gender).

What do players receive by attending one of your event?

Players will receive: Trackman Analytics, Guaranteed College Coaches in Attendance, Player Profile, Social Media Coverage, Camp T-shirt and Player Metrics sent to other college coaches not in attendance.

Do we offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for teams or organizations with 10+ players attending an individual event, contact me for more details

Can travel ball or high school teams attend?

We recommend teams with uncommitted 2023-2026 grads to attend our events.

What items should my athlete bring to the showcase?

Athletes should bring their own glove and bat if they have one. We recommend wearing baseball pants, socks, belts, hat, a t-shirt will be provided with a number on it assigned to your athlete.

Where and when is check in?

Check in will occur at the front entrance at every venue. Since we will have an AM session and PM session at every event the check in time for your athlete will be sent via the EMAIL you registered with 1-2 weeks prior to the event you athlete is participating in. Typically for the AM session registration begins at 8:15am-8:30am and Typically for the PM session at 12:15pm-12:30pm.

What does a typical day at your events look like?

At each event we will have an AM and PM session depending on what session your in will have a different time frame but players will participate in the following depending on position of your athlete: Check in, stretch, Running the 60 or home to 1st, outfield metrics, infield metrics, pop times to 2B and a bullpen session or throwing live to hitters.

What do we do in case of inclement weather?

The majority of our events expect 1 are turf field and they are equipped to handle the inclement weather. If inclement weather occurs during the event we will continue once the weather has moved on.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, instead we will give you credit towards a future event. We will only refund if an athlete is injured and has a doctors note that will need to be provided to me at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
