Recruitment and Exposure:
The main mission of DFW Post Grad is to get all players an opportunity to play baseball in college. Exposure to schools is a big piece to what we do with a 20 game Fall and 50 game Spring schedule against junior colleges, NAIA programs, and University JV programs without burning a year of college eligibility(NCAA clock doesn’t start). Schools on the schedule include Temple College, Bossier Parish CC, Tyler Junior College, Ranger College, Murray State, Connors State, Richland College, Brookhaven, Arlington Baptist University, Cedar Valley College, Eastfield, LeTourneau University, Mary-Hardin Baylor, Austin College, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, NOC Enid, Wayland Baptist etc. We have one of the best strength of schedules in all of post grad baseball.

Virtual Combine:
We utilize a platform called Virtual Combine as well that is our video and recruiting platform. This makes recruiting simplified and gives coaches the opportunity to openly communicate about players.
College Scout Day:
We conduct a scout day event where all schools are invited out to watch our team go through a pro style workout including testing for speed in the 60-yd dash, mass fungo routine, on field batting practice, and bullpens. We have had players offered on the spot at previous scout day events and multiple visits have been offered on site as well. This is a great exposure opportunity for our players, especially for the teams that are not on our schedule.
Facilities:
Indoor Facility: Top Prospects Academy (TPA): Www.TPAbaseball.com
Home Field: Oak Grove Park: Grapevine, TX
Strength/Conditioning Facility: APE Fitness & Performance (APE): www.apefitnessteam.com/athletic-performance-training/
One specific piece to our program that separates us from other post grads is our Strength and conditioning emphasis. We have officially signed a long term contract with APE Fitness & Performance to conduct our strength & conditioning program. Our strength coaches have worked with several big leaguers, minor league players and collegiate athletes. We are big advocates for the performance side of the program. The big difference for many players making the jump from high school to college is the physical tools. Our program is designed to improve the overall quality of movement and strength of the athlete in our 9-month program. Players will perform 4-5 days a week in some strength and conditioning capacity. This is a professional/D1 type training program. We invest in the development of our players.
