Carolina Training Academy

Started by former professional player, college player and current Asst. Baseball Coach at the University of North Carolina, Jason Howell, the Carolina Training Academy offers high end college coaches skills and evaluation camps featuring multiple collegiate programs throughout the country.

Additionally, CTA offers, unique to North Carolina, all encompassing pitching camps that target the full development of a pitcher. The camps feature statistical and analytical data, movement assessments, corrective drills and movement exercises, arm care sessions, psychology sessions, PFP and much more. The Pitching Camps feature some of the top pitching instructors in the region including collegiate and professional coaches along with Division I sports medicine, physical therapist, strength and conditioning trainers.

Currently, CTA offers an online app that features a Living Pitching Manual written in packet form with defensive and hitting additions in the works.
