Bethany Lutheran College Baseball Camps
Ryan Kragh enters his 20th season as head coach of the Bethany Vikings in 2023-24 and 22nd overall as part of the program.
Bethany is coming off of one of its most successful seasons in program history in 2023. The Vikings went 25-11 and clinched both the UMAC regular season and tournament titles while earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The 18 wins achieved during the conference season ties a school record. The team also set school records in strikeouts (337) and stolen bases (119). Kragh was named UMAC Coach of the Year for the third time.
Kragh also spent three seasons as the Mankato MoonDogs Field Manager from 2016-2018. During that three year span, his teams went a combined 136-80 and reached the Northwoods League playoffs in each season.

Danny Kneeland enters his 5th season as an assistant coach at Bethany. His primary responsibilities include working with hitters, infielders, catchers, and baserunners. In 2023, Kneeland helped guide the Vikings to a 25-11 record and a birth to the NCAA Tournament after winning both the UMAC Regular Season and Tournament titles.
During the summer months, Kneeland serves as the Field Manager for the Mankato MoonDogs of the Northwoods League.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
Outdoor events at ISG Field will be moved to our on-campus indoor facility (Bethany Activity Center).
What do players need to bring?
All necessary baseball equipment such as cleats, gloves, bats, catchers gear, appropriate baseball attire, etc.
