  3. Once logged in, you will be directed to your dashboard, if not, you can find the dashboard option in the top right corner of the website or in the main navigation menu on your mobile phone.

  1. On the “My Dashboard” page, locate the “Request a Refund” button. This button is usually located in your cart or under the camp below your player profile.
    • Note: Depending on if the coach turned the refund option on or off will determine if you can request a refund directly from your dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Request a Refund” button to initiate the refund process and put your reason.

Step 2.2: Tap the Refund Request button in your dashboard if you don’t see the refund request hyperlink

  1. You will be directed to a refund request form.

  3. Fill in the required information in the form. This may include your name, contact details, camp details (such as camp name and date), and the reason for your refund request.
  4. Provide any additional details or documentation that may be necessary to support your refund request.
  5. Take care to accurately and thoroughly fill out the form.

Step 3: Submit the Form

  1. After completing the refund request form, review the information you provided to ensure its accuracy.
  2. Once you have confirmed the details, click on the “Submit” or “Request Refund” button to submit your refund request.

Step 4: Wait to Be Contacted

  1. After submitting the refund request form, the Play’n Sports team will review your request.
  2. You will be contacted by the support team regarding the status of your refund request. This may be through email or another preferred method of communication.
