Don’t worry, cancellations happen and sometimes it’s for a reason you wouldn’t expect. The good news, the player or parent wanted to attend your event. Chances they come back to another event you create is very high. So, if a player or parent cancels unexpectedly don’t worry, we will make sure everything runs smooth. If you have any questions, contact us here.
When someone cancels:
· We will notify the coach that created the event through email.
· We will open up the registration so you can fill that spot.
· We will coordinate the refunds.
In order for the parent or player to receive a full refund, the person who registered must cancel within a certain amount of days before the event. The refund policy is up to the event organizer.
If someone cancels within the timeframe of the cancelation policy the coach specified for that event, it is up to the event organizer to either provide a full refund, discounted refund, no refund, or give a credit on the next event.
Play’n Sports will always be here to assist in any questions but will not be able to assist in cancellations that have been approved by the event organizer.
How do I change my cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy that we offer is up to the coach or organizer. Provide information about your refund policy per event. Keep it short and sweet as refunds can be confusing. “Full refund within 30 days of event” or “50% refund within 14 days of event.”
Where does the refund policy show up?
Your refund policy will be determined on a per event basis. You can find you refund policy in the area with key info – date, time, closing date address – of the event. Feel free to add your cancelation policy to your FAQs or even in your description. If you would like for us to re-evaluate the cancellation policy please give us feed back here.
When you create your account, you’ll need to make sure you have a payout method set up for your account.
As the admin user, you’ll be able to add coaches to your account. When you add coaches you can give them access to create their own events.
