• The Team/Individual Camp is designed to prepare players for the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level. The level of information presented will be tailored for the serious baseball player. This camp gives the opportunity for existing teams or individuals to enroll. Enrollment will be limited to the first 11 teams to sign up. An individual team will be formed by individual enrollment and limited to 17 players. (see positions needs below) This team will be coached by a member of the UNCG Baseball staff. Games will be played at UNCG and surrounding fields.
• Each team will play 3 games over two days. All teams will take on-field batting practice and infield/outfield prior to one game. A seminar will be given during the camp for parents and campers. Areas of emphasis will be Promoting Your Son, NCAA Regulations on Recruiting, Clearinghouse Information, Arm Care and Strength and Conditioning. Parents and campers can ask questions and become more informed on the recruiting process and college baseball in general.
• UNCG coaching staff will run and instruct at this camp. College coaches from all levels will also be instructing at the camp (D2, D3 and Junior College). The purpose of this camp is to instruct, inform and evaluate your ability to play at the next level.
• Campers register individually will play their primary position only. Please select one primary position when you register. If your primary position is full you may enroll in another primary position that is open or email bgbaseballcamps@gmail.com to be placed on a waiting list.
