The Player Metrix Baseball Camp is back, and this time it’s taking place at Ting Stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina. The event is designed to showcase the skills of high school and judo level players, and it will be held on a turf field. Players will be tested in a variety of areas including the 60-yard dash, throwing velocity for infield and outfield positions, hitting velocity, height, weight, and more.
The event begins at 4:30pm, and players are encouraged to arrive by 4:10pm for warm-ups. To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, spiked shoes are not allowed on the turf field. Players should bring turf shoes or sneakers to wear during the event. Additionally, no seeds or gum are allowed in the stadium, and only clear liquids such as water are permitted.
Once the event is completed, players will receive their individual performance information which will be made available online for coaches to view. Whether you’re a high school or judo level player, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills, improve your game, and gain exposure to college coaches.
