By checking out and completing the payment process for the Hendersonville Honeycrisps Baseball Camp (“Camp”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a participant:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical exertion, contact with other participants, equipment-related hazards, and the potential for serious injury or even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in the Camp.
Health and Medical Condition: I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the sports activities offered by the Camp. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns that may affect my ability to safely participate. I authorize the Camp staff to administer first aid and seek medical treatment in case of an emergency.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Camp, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Third Street Sports, LLC, its organizers, employees, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Camp or any activities related to it, whether caused by the negligence of the Camp or otherwise.
Photography and Publicity: I grant permission to Third Street Sports, LLC to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Camp for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and print materials. I understand that I will not be entitled to any compensation for such use.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This waiver and release form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts of North Carolina.
By checking out and completing the payment process, I confirm that I have carefully read and understood this waiver and release form, and I agree to be legally bound by its terms.
