Eastern Oklahoma State Baseball Prospect Camp with Trackman Data

Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in (8am on 6/4/23 or 8/6/23) for any prospect who has unexpected conflict or illness. No refunds will be provided past this deadline. For those who purchased Trackman data analysis or The ArmCare System evaluation, failure to provide the EOSC coaching staff required information for set up prior to camp start will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, no refunds will be made for prospects who fail to complete data review preparation prior to camp start. All prospects will have a minimum of 48 hours to complete their data reviews.

The EOSC baseball prospect camp is an evaluation based camp for all high school eligible players (2023-2026 graduates).

Our prospect camps consist of a one-day, pro-style workout where players will run a 60-yard dash, be evaluated in their primary defensive position, as well as an offensive evaluation. During this day camp, prospects will also participate in a short live game where they will receive direct exposure and field interaction with EOSC staff. Prospects will be sent home with evaluations that were completed throughout the pro workout and live game to review identified areas of development needed to play at the collegiate level as well as highlight some of their strengths.

Eastern baseball takes pride in player development. Therefore, we would like to offer the same access to our player development technology that our players have access to.

This year the prospect camp will have a trackman unit running during the entirety of the camp. Any pitcher that would like their Trackman report can sign up prior to the deadline listed on the Trackman data analysis ticket before camp. This report will give them a more in depth analysis of their pitches and is a valuable resource to send to other colleges in the recruiting process. Another technology resource accessible to all players at this camp is The ArmCare System. It consists of a series of strength tests to allow players to see what their max arm capacity is as well as provide them data to measure the health of their arm on that given day. Any prospects who sign up for this, must do so before the deadline listed on the ArmCare system ticket. All baseball camps are ran by the EOSC baseball coaching staff. The coaching staff recruits heavily at these camps. In the past 4 years, we have signed 31 players from camp and look forward to seeing more future Mountaineers at our camps.

The ArmCare System Analysis
Arm injuries are at an all time high in baseball. Eastern baseball is trying to get ahead of that curve. The ArmCare system is a technology used across upper levels of baseball to keep arms healthy. It tests maximum arm output as well as various arm strength tests to determine the health of their arm on that given day. This will be available for any prospect who is signed up for camp. They will log in to the app, run through the strength tests given through the app, and then given the results. EOSC pitching coach Dru Sebastian will explain the components of the data and what they mean for each prospect. Arm health is a major part of the game today, and this can be crucial information that is not accessible to many outside of this camp. No refund will be given to any player who does not provide the EOSC coaching staff the info they request before the beginning of camp. Pitcher Only
Pitcher's will get a program talk from the EOSC coaching staff, go through the team dynamic warm up, and throw a bullpen with the pitching coach Dru Sebastian. After throwing your bullpen, coach Sebastian will provide feedback from your bullpen and discuss some of the main points he will put in your post camp evaluation. All pitchers will receive an evaluation form in their email with a breakdown of strengths and weaknesses as well as velocities for every pitch in their arsenal. Optional additions to this package include Trackman data and ArmCare System data. One or both additions can be purchased prior camp to strengthen your camp evaluation report and enhance your recruiting profile.

Position Players
Hitters will receive a program talk from the EOSC coaching staff, go through the team dynamic warm up, run a 60 yard dash, receive a defensive evaluation at their primary defensive position only, and then take BP. After BP is completed, there will be a hack attack scrimmage to further evaluate defense and swings. All players will get to interact with hitting coach Bryan Hodge on field, as well as receive a recruiting talk afterwards about what main skills and attributes Eastern is looking for when recruiting position players. Following camp, all position players will receive an email with their camp evaluation form containing all of their camp metrics as well as their strengths and weaknesses. This information can be used to improve their game and update their recruiting profiles. The ArmCare system is an optional addition that can be purchased prior to camp to further strengthen your camp evaluation report as well as your recruiting profile.

2 Way Player
2 way players get the unique experience at our camp to get a full evaluation in both positions. They will receive a camp evaluations from each coach. Here is what 2 way players will get to do at camp. Trackman Data Analysis
Our Trackman unit will be running the entirety of camp for all of the pitchers. Any pitcher that throws a bullpen can register to get their trackman data sent to them after the prospect camp is completed. This will give each player their individual velocities, spin rate, release points, and pitch shape to enhance their feedback from camp as well as improve their recruiting profiles. Coach Sebastian will reach out to get your information and help set up your profile on Trackman. No refund will be given to any player who does not provide the EOSC coaching staff the info they request before the beginning of camp. If you are driving east towards Poteau on 270 you will turn left into the field parking lot. If you see campus you have gone too far.
