Aug 6th: LR Baseball Prospect Camp
The Lenoir-Rhyne Baseball Prospect Showcase is designed to provide players who want to continue their playing careers at the next level with an opportunity to receive instruction as well as be evaluated by the entire LR coaching staff, and coaches/recruiters from other North Carolina and regional colleges of various levels.
This event is considered a major part of the recruiting process for the LR Baseball Program! The format is designed to give the coaches in attendance the best opportunity to evaluate each player and make a determination on where they would fit in their program.
The itinerary will include: 60 yard dash, defensive workout and live batting practice on the field. This will be followed by a live game so the pitchers can be evaluated by throwing live to hitters. While we can further see each position play in an actual game setting.
