2024 Lions Summer Starter Camp
This camp will run from 9am-5pm, with camp check-in starting at 8:15am. The day will be broken into a morning and afternoon session. The morning session is designed to allow each camper to work closely with the Mars Hill Softball staff and team members working on defense and offense. Campers can expect to learn defense fundamentals and mechanics for their primary positions, as well as working on their swing mechanics and technique for offense. After the morning session, everyone will be dismissed for an hour lunch break. The afternoon session will consist of modified live games, allowing campers to receive live at bats. Players from the Mars Hill Softball team will be on the field coaching/interacting with everyone. Two teams will be playing, and the other team members will have the opportunity to tour campus and have a Q& A session with members of the Mars Hill Softball Team.
