(WAIT LIST • SOLD OUT) 2022 HPU Summer Prospect Camp

The High Point University Prospect Camp is designed for high school baseball players that want to be evaluated by and work directly with our coaching staff on the field. The event is for those players who are focused on becoming prospective student-athletes and want to showcase their skills. At HPU we value these camps tremendously and in fact committed three players during our previous camp this fall. The camp will feature high level instruction from our coaching staff and feedback provided by the through the instructional process. There will also be a discussion on the process of working towards a college baseball opportunity through a player/parent recruiting session hosted by pitching coach Miles Miller. The High Point Baseball Prospect Camp will feature measurements and instruction on the latest metrics in baseball such as exit velocity off the bat, throwing velocity, running times and others. . The camp is open to all high school baseball players and is capped out at 60players.

Registration will begin at 8:00 in the concourse of Coy Williard Stadium at the field.

Camp will run from 9:00am until 6:00 pm on July 12th.

Lunch will not be provided, but players will have time to get lunch on their own.

A Campus tour will be offered for interested players.

ALL PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE
Instruction from all coaches attending the event.
Opportunity for a campus tour.
Opportunities to ask questions and get to know our HPU staff.
Feedback on Exit Velocity (Hitting), Throwing Velocity (Pitchers and Position Players), Running Times (Position Players) and Pop Times (Catchers).
