You can add your event at any time—you can add things like your event details, ticket pricing, registrations, images and more. There are many ways you can help parents and players get a better idea of what your event offers.
When you edit your event, changes will go live once you click submit. Changes to your event will happen instantly and you can change things like your description, start & end date, time, location, title, etc.
You can create multiple tickets for each event. Adding a short description to each ticket will help parents and players see which choices they can choose from before they register. Find out when and how you can add and edit tickets for each event.
We recommend that you showcase a couple high quality photos on both your event page and landing page profile. You only have to upload the photos once and then they save to your account. Once the photos are uploaded you can drag the photos into whatever order you prefer.
Find out how you can add you event location. Uploading the exact address of your event will help your chances of being on the map.
You can add your event type at any time—you can add events like camps, prospect events, clinics, weekly programs, tryouts, and tournaments.
For each ticket added to your event, you can select how many registrants you want. Fill free to set it as unlimited or set a max number of registrations. There are many ways you can get creative when adding tickets. Morning camp or Afternoon camp, you can even upload a ticket for each position with different pricing! It’s your call.
When you create your account, you’ll need to make sure you have a payout method set up for your account.
As the admin user, you’ll be able to add coaches to your account. When you add coaches you can give them access to create their own events.
