4G3 Training Facility
Rod Gorham was born and raised in Washington, NC, and graduated in the top 10 of his class from Washington High School. He received several scholarship offers for baseball and basketball before accepting a baseball scholarship from Elon College (now Elon University), where he was a starting pitcher all four years.
Rod Gorham has had a notable presence in the baseball community for over 20 years. Throughout this tenure, he has coached at both the amateur and collegiate level. His coaching career began almost immediately after graduating college as the head baseball and basketball coach at PS Jones Middle School in Washington, NC. From there he joined the baseball and football coaching staff at his Alma Mater, Washington High School. Upon his return to the triad area, Rod served as Pitching Coach at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University for three years, while also working his way up to became the Head Pitching and Hitting Instructor at The Greensboro Batting Center. After 14 years at GBC, Rod branched out to open his own baseball facility in Greensboro, NC (4G3 Training Facility), and most recently served as Head Baseball Coach at Dudley High School for three years, helping 7 Panthers to receive All-Conference Honors in his final year.
Rod has continued to coach competitive travel and showcase baseball teams and to provide quality instruction (first at GBC and now at 4G3 Training Facility) to amateur, collegiate, and professional baseball players as well as amateur and collegiate softball players.

Breydan Gorham was born and raised in Burlington, NC. Out of high school he accepted a baseball scholarship from Appalachian State University. Breydan worked his way into the rotation as a freshman, making him a weekend starter for the Mountaineers. After his Freshman year Breydan transferred to UNC – Wilmington, where he completed his athletic and academic career. After graduating, Breydan became took the Volunteer Assistant coaching position at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Aside from field maintenance, Breydan was in charge of the catchers, assisted with the pitching staff, and took the role as the First Base coach for the Aggies.
Breydan is now the Senior Operations Manager for 4G3. Over the years he has assisted Rod with organization events and showcase teams.
