Diamond Dynamics Softball
Quincy has years of college coaching experience at DI (College of the Holy Cross Pitching Coach), DII (Mansfield University Pitching Coach), and DIII (SUNY Canton Head Coach, Rhodes College Pitching Coach). She holds a BA in education and MS in Athletic Administration. As an athlete, she pitched for LIU-Post (2013 Regional Championship, 2014 WCWS appearance) and Shippensburg University. She was also a 4x NYS All-State player and was inducted into the NYS Softball Hall of Fame (Class of 2020) and the Corning-Painted Post Athletics Hall of Fame (Class of 2019).
While Diamond Dynamics has been around since 2013 hosting lessons and clinics, our college planning program launched in January of 2021. Since then, we’ve mentored hundreds of athletes through our one on one program, teams we partner with, and events. Our one on one college planning program currently has 50+ committed athletes (as of September 2024) across all 3 NCAA divisions, NAIA and Junior College.
Quincy currently resides in Buffalo, NY with her husband Eric and fur kiddos Felix and Cleo.

Coach Chelsea Plimpton joined the University of Buffalo coaching staff in June of 2024 after coaching stints at Villanova and Umass-Amherst among others. During her playing career at Fordham, she was a member of the 2010 and 2011 teams that advanced to NCAA Regionals. Plimpton ranked third in school history in strikeouts and shutouts and was part of a pitching staff which led the entire nation in ERA with a 1.34 mark for the season. She spent her high school career as a standout pitcher at Williamsville South, and still holds 11 top 15 NYS high school softball records today.
Coach Marissa Pullo enters her 3rd season as Clarion head coach in 2024-2025. In her first season Clarion posted the 2nd highest wins total in program history, and had one of the best offensive seasons in program history in 2024. Prior to Clarion she was the head coach at Erie Community College and with 716 Select Travel Softball. As a collegiate player she was a 4 time All-PSAC West honoree at Edinboro University and PSAC freshman of the year. No stranger to the Buffalo area, she grew up in Tonawanda and attended Holy Angels Academy.
Coach Jamie Brown enters her 8th season at the head coach at Buffalo State in 2024-2025 after back to back SUNYAC Championship tournament years and earning her 350th win. Prior to Buffalo State she spent time coaching from D1-Junior College at universities across the country. As a Buffalo State Alum, she was a four year starting outfielder and helped the team to a SUNYAC Championship and a pair of NCAA Regional Appearances.
Coach Jeff Johnston enters his 7th season at Niagara in 2024-2025. He serves as the team’s hitting coach and saw the program set records in hits, runs, doubles, and RBIs in 2024. Prior to Niagara Johnston spent 4 years as the associate head coach at Eric Community College and over a decade coaching travel ball in the Buffalo area. While at ECC, the team made their first postseason appearance in 18 years.
Coach Kim Griffin enters her 10th season as head coach at Canisius after being named MAAC Coach of the Year for the second time in 2023. Producing well rounded squads year after year, she consistently has All-MAAC honorees each year and posted a 60-32-1 record over the last two. Prior to being named head coach she spent 7 seasons at Canisius. Griffin is a graduate of Mercyhurst University playing in 130 games across her career. Prior to Mercyhurst she played at nearby Cleveland Hill HS and was inducted into their hall of fame in 2022.
