Join Quincy Lewis-Buggs and her coaching staff for two days of age appropriate skill instruction and plenty of fun! As a former college softball coach and elementary education major Quincy brings a unique perspective on development that challenges youth players athletically while also creating an environment that fosters confidence and excitement! Athletes will be split into small groups based on age/ability and met where they are athletically so they can each get the most out of camp.

Tentative Daily Schedule:
9:00 – 10:30 Defensive Stations, Intro to Defensive Strategy
10:30 – 10:45 Brain Break (Bring snacks!)
10:45 – 12:00 Hitting Stations, Base Running
12:00 – 12:30 Simulated Game Play

By signing up for this event I hereby consent to the publication and use of my child’s name and/or my child’s likeness (“Likeness”) for the purpose of promotion, publicity, advertising, or other manner or media by Diamond Dynamics Softball LLC or any other representative authorized to act on behalf of the afore-mentioned entity. Likeness shall include, but not be limited to, photographs, sound and/or video recordings, films, broadcasts, brochures, publications, reports, web pages, promotional materials or any other audio-visual, electronic, printed, tangible work in any media or format, now known or hereafter to become known, and/or reproductions of any of these. I agree that the actual material involved is and shall continue to be the property of Diamond Dynamics Softball LLC and that neither I, nor my child, shall have any right of review or approval regarding the use of my child’s name and/or Likeness in such material. I hereby release and hold harmless Diamond Dynamics Softball LLC along with their respective employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, or other representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of my child’s name and/or Likeness, in accordance with the terms of this release. I understand and agree that neither I, nor my child, will be compensated in any way for the use of my child’s name and/or Likeness by Diamond Dynamics Softball LLC.

 

By signing up for this event and allowing my child/ward to participate in any way in the Diamond Dynamics Softball LLC related events and activities I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

The risk of injury and illness (i.e. communicable diseases such as the NRSA, influenza, and COVID-19) to my child from the activities involved in these programs are significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while regular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and:

1) FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation; and,

2) I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant concern in my child’s readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove my child from participation and bring such attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

3) I, myself, my spouse, and my child, and on behalf of my/own heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Diamond Dynamics Softball LLC; its directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH or loss/damage to person or property incident to my child’s involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES AND OR OTHERWISE to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4) I, the parent/guardian, assert that I have explained to my child/ward: the risk of the activity, his/her responsibility for adhering to the rules/regulations, and that my child/ward understands this agreement.

I, FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND MY CHILD/WARD HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WTHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. 

I UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE RISKS INVOLVED IN THIS PROGRAM, AND MY PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES ADHERING TO RULES AND REGULATION, AND ACCEPT THEM AS PARTICIPANTS OF THIS EVENT.

Quincy has years of college coaching experience at DI (College of the Holy Cross Pitching Coach), DII (Mansfield University Pitching Coach), and DIII (SUNY Canton Head Coach, Rhodes College Pitching Coach). She holds a BA in education and MS in Athletic Administration. As an athlete, she pitched for LIU-Post (2013 Regional Championship, 2014 WCWS appearance) and Shippensburg University. She was also a 4x NYS All-State player and was inducted into the NYS Softball Hall of Fame (Class of 2020) and the Corning-Painted Post Athletics Hall of Fame (Class of 2019).

While Diamond Dynamics has been around since 2013 hosting lessons and clinics, our college planning program launched in January of 2021. Since then, we’ve mentored hundreds of athletes through our one on one program, teams we partner with, and events. Our one on one college planning program currently has 60+ committed athletes (as of January 2025) across all 3 NCAA divisions, NAIA and Junior College.

Quincy currently resides in Buffalo, NY with her husband Eric and fur kiddos Felix and Cleo.
