This event is designed for youth pitchers to work on the same drills utilized by our players. This will consist of water bag, med-ball, and plyo ball drills to help create a strong foundation for throwing. After this, athletes will go through a proper long toss routine so that they can learn the routine as a foundation for health and arm strength for their spring seasons. This will all be brought together with a pitching competition at the end.
