Our baseball camp will be held on August 3rd, 4th, & 5th! We offer an opportunity for both boys and girls to learn the game of baseball in a fun, instructional and positive atmosphere. Our coaching staff and players will teach each player baseball fundamentals, drill work specifically designed to improve each camper’s offensive and defensive skills while also playing in instructional games. We have assembled a very knowledgeable and experienced staff to teach each camper proper skills and techniques. Our instructors consist of Lenoir Rhyne Coaches, current and former Lenoir Rhyne players, along with outstanding high school coaches. Each camper will receive a free T-Shirt. Door prizes will be awarded to a handful of lucky players that win the baseball olympics!
Feel free to pack your kid a snack and drinks as we take a 15 min break every 50 min to ensure your kid stays hydrated. We do provide a coolers full of water and can take a break as they please throughout the camp.
Day 1 (Wed) Drop-Off/Sign-in will take place from 8:30am – 9am inside Lenoir Rhyne Univ baseball stadium.
Drop-Off/ Sign-In for all campers will be at 8:30am every day.
PICK-UP/DROP-OFF WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE DUGOUT ON THE FIRST BASE SIDE EVERY DAY AT 4PM, CAMPERS MUST BE SIGNED IN/OUT BY AN APPROVED PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
Camp will run 9am-4pm Wed, Thur, and Friday.
9am-12pm Skill instruction, drills, & coach pitch games
12pm Pick-Up/Sign-Out for half-day campers
12pm-1pm Lunch/Break for full day campers
1pm-3:45pm Applied skills, camp skill games, & coach pitch games
3:45pm Daily Review
4:00pm Pick-Up/Sign-Out for full day campers. All campers must be picked up no later than 4:30pm, please arrange transportation prior to arrival at camp.
Special Events at Camp
Friday- Campers will get to test their skills with our Baseball Olympics and sliding skills on a slip and slide.
Do I Need to Pack a Lunch?
Half Day Campers will be released at 12pm every day.
Full Day Campers will have a break from 12-1pm everyday to eat lunch in air conditioning while watching MLB Baseball Games in our team meeting room.
Option 1: You are more than welcome to pack your child a lunch, we do not recommend sending them to camp for a full day without food.
Option 2: We will offer a meal plan for camp that includes options for lunch any and all days of the week.
What to Bring
Each camper is encouraged to bring his or her own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Every camper in attendance will be given a camp T-shirt. We recommend bringing sunscreen during the summer. For Friday’s slip and slide we recommend wearing your baseball attire for sliding but packing a change of clothes and a towel.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer team, sibling and LR employees discounts. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds but we do offer a camp credit to a future camp. Camp credit will last 365 days from camp start date. PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN REQUEST OF FOR YOUR CAMP CREDIT 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE THE CAMP START.
Who can attend your youth camps?
Our camps welcome all participants ages 5-13, regardless of skill level. Registration is on a first come, first served basis as long as the registrant is within the specified range of ages. If you have any questions regarding camp, please contact our Camp email email@example.com
Lost or left behind equipment
We highly recommended that you clearly mark all equipment your child brings to camp. Any items that are left behind will be kept for 7 days following the last day of camp before being donated to the local parks and recreation. Coach Ram Baseball LLC takes no responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen. In the event your child leaves equipment please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I stay and watch my player?
Parents are encouraged to observe their child’s participation in camps, clinics and lessons. Coaches will be happy to answer any questions after the event is over regarding what we worked on at camp that day. For safety and liability reasons, at no time is a non-camper allowed on the playing surface at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Do you offer lessons?
Our coaching staff offers lessons for hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, and base running. If you have any questions or you would like to receive more information regarding our pricing, please copy and paste this link into your browser and fill out the necessary information!
Inclement Weather Policy
We have plans in place for all of our camps to run whether rain or shine. We will communicate any changes made to camp through the email provided during your account creation on Play’n Sports if the weather forecast looks like it will prevent us from being on the field. Players should bring appropriate footwear for any indoor activities i.e. sneakers or turf shoes.
