Winter Warmup

Current college coaches and former college players will lead athletes through a series of drills and workouts to bring players back up to speed before the upcoming season! We will have all position players and hitters work form 2:30-5:30 and then we will have a special extended session for pitchers and catchers from 5:30-6:30.
