Winter Velocity Clinic
We are so excited to host our second annual, Winter Velo Clinic. Last year our athletes were able to add 4 MPH (on average) to their velocity, in just 9 weeks.
This 12 week program aims to improve arm strength, correct mechanics, and foster individual routines. Athletes will leave this clinic with a better understanding of what is required at the next level.
*Our athletes will be assigned to three different groups. 6PM, 7PM, & 8PM.*
*Results from our first clinic are provided*
