Winter 2022 Spring Training Camp

• 6 week extensive baseball training including speed and agility.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8 pm and Saturdays from 9-11am beginning on Jan 4 2022 and finishing on Feb 12 2022.
• Instructional based hitting/advanced defensive fielding and all aspects and implementation of strong fundamental base in all areas of the game.
• Additionally, 1 hr of 2 hour session dedicated to extensive speed and agility focusing on increasing speed, overall athleticism and improving fast twitch muscle groups.
• Led by all former D1 collegiate players some with professional experience.
• All instructors have extensive coaching experience from youth to the D1 collegiate level.
• Camp will also include some of the areas best High School players.
• Additionally, there will be special appearances by former local college and pro players.
• Limited to 40 participants and space is filling fast.
