According to NCAA rules, any payment made towards a camp is non-refundable. If notice is given at least seven days prior to the start of a camp, credit will be given for a future South Florida Softball Camp. If a camper cannot attend due to medical reasons, you may request either a refund or credit towards a future South Florida Softball Camp. A doctor’s letter must accompany the request. The amount of the credit/refund will only be for the price of the camp; the additional registration/credit card fee goes directly to ABC Sports Camps and is non-refundable. No future credit will be given if a camper voluntarily leaves after camp has begun or is removed from camp by the camp staff.

Lott 22 is the best place to park.
Gatorade and water are provided in all dugouts.
Please fill out the attached waiver and return it to me (as a PDF attachment, not as a pic or pasted in the body of an email) at beitia@usf.edu If you came to any of our 2024 camps, you do not need to do another one.
Please check your email regularly as this is the primary way we will communicate with you. Any additional information you might need as the camp draws closer will be sent to you at email address you provided when you signed up for camp. Please check your email daily. This will eliminate any confusion and/or miscommunication.
Please bring TURFS or tennis shoes, cleats, bat, batting helmet, batting gloves, protective gear, water bottle, sunscreen, and glove. Crocs are not allowed when hitting or on the field.
