Trent Caldwell Middle Speed School (6th – 8th Grade)

Join us for the Trent Caldwell Middle Speed School!
This two-day camp is designed specifically for rising 6th to 8th graders and will take place on June 9th and 10th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM each evening at the Neill McGeachy Sports Performance Center.

Led by Trent Caldwell, MA, SCCC, CSCS, Director of Strength and Conditioning at Lenoir-Rhyne University, this speed school offers a fun and engaging introduction to the fundamentals of speed development. Campers will focus on running mechanics, sprint technique, agility, coordination, and friendly competition—all wrapped in an energetic and encouraging environment.

Whether your child attends one or both days, they’ll gain valuable skills and confidence while having a blast. Cost is $65 for one day or $100 for both days.
