Trent Caldwell Elementary Speed School (1st – 5th Grade)

Join us for the 3rd Annual Trent Caldwell Elementary Speed School!
This two-day camp is specially designed for rising 1st to 5th graders and will take place on June 16th and 17th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM each evening at the Neill McGeachy Sports Performance Center.

Led by Trent Caldwell, MA, SCCC, CSCS, Director of Strength and Conditioning at Lenoir-Rhyne University, this speed school offers a fun and engaging introduction to the fundamentals of speed development. Campers will focus on running mechanics, sprint technique, agility, coordination, and friendly competition—all wrapped in an energetic and encouraging environment.

Whether your child attends one or both days, they’ll gain valuable skills and confidence while having a blast. Cost is $50 for one day or $85 for both days.
