I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am participating in the The Pipeline baseball workout . I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries or accidents that may occur during training, drills, or any related activities.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby agree to the following:

1. **Assumption of Risk:** I acknowledge that I have been informed of the risks associated with this event and voluntarily assume all risks of injury or harm that may occur to me during my participation.

2. **Release of Liability:** I hereby release, waive, and discharge Complete Game Baseball Camp, its organizers, coaches, and staff from any and all liabilities, claims, or demands, known or unknown, arising from my participation in this event. This includes any injuries or accidents that may occur during the camp.

3. **Indemnification:** I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complete Game Baseball Camp and its affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of my participation.

4. **Medical Treatment:** I understand that in the event of an injury, appropriate medical treatment may be administered. I consent to such treatment and acknowledge that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have read and understood its contents and voluntarily agree to these terms.
