The UWG youth Cheer clinic is a fun and exciting program designed for younger children who are interested in cheerleading. This clinic is hosted by the University of West Georgia (UWG) cheerleading team and provides a unique opportunity for children to learn and practice various cheerleading skills, including stunts, jumps, tumbling, and dance routines.

The clinic is open to children of all skill levels, from beginners to more experienced cheerleaders, ages 4-13. The program is led by experienced and knowledgeable coaches who provide individualized instruction and feedback to help each participant improve their skills and confidence.

Come be a part of this excellent opportunity for children to learn new skills, make new friends, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.

No refunds will be given for this clinic. Proceeds generated by these events will go towards future program enhancements and scholarships.

Nicole Nichols is the Head Cheerleading Coach at the University of West Georgia (UWG), where she has led the program since 2012. A former Level 7 gymnast, Nicole transitioned into cheerleading and competed at the collegiate level for Slippery Rock University. She went on to serve as a UCA Staff Instructor for over a decade, sharing her passion and expertise nationwide. Under her leadership, UWG Cheer has become a powerhouse program, earning 18 team national championships at UCA Nationals and 5 partner stunt titles across both UCA and NCA Nationals during her tenure. Nicole’s commitment to excellence, athlete development, and innovation has made her one of the most decorated & respected coaches in collegiate cheerleading.
