Pitchers can expect to go through a series of pre and post throw arm care routines utilized by our professional pitchers in attendance. They will also work on proper mechanics and pitch refinement. They will have the opportunity to ask about their current pitches as well as learn new grips and spins. Pitchers will also be able to have their metrics recorded using our rapsodo machine. Metrics will be interpreted by our staff on hand and broken down to each individual pitcher. Catchers will work on setup, blocking, framing and strengthening throw . Both pitchers and catchers will work to develop into the leaders their teams need both on and off the field. For Catching camp all catchers need to bring their own catchers gear. Hitters will go through a series of drills from front toss to stationary drills to help refine your mechanics and improve fundamentals of the swing. We will discuss mindset and mental approach on different situations and how to approach every at bat.
