OGX PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTS 12/16-17

Full Day: SATURDAY 12/16 $450 10:30-5:30pm Assessment and Training
10:30-1:30pm
Movement Assessment: Assessing movement quality through a range of exercises that are required in the pitching motion.
Power Assessment: Assessing how much power you have and where it is coming from to mae sure you are getting maximum power into the motion.
Ball Flight Assessment: Using Rapsodo and Insight Camera to collect velocity, spin rate, spin direction and break.

2:30-5:30pm
Training session: Introduction to plyos and how to use them to influence patterns. Pitch design and development concepts using rapsodo data and insight
camera.

Half Day: Sunday 12/17 $300 9:00-12pm Assessment Only
