Middle School Spring Training

Athletes Lab Performance Center is hosting it’s 3rd Annual Middle School Spring Training.

This 4 week SERIES is designed to help current 6th, 7th and 8th graders get prepared for their Middle School Tryouts. This class is $120.00 for all four weeks (2 hours each week) and will concentrate on base running, defensive reps, and batting practice followed by Live at Bats.

Dates: 1/22, 1/29, 2/5 and 2/12
