60 min of fundamental and 30 mins of strengthening every week. Only 10 athletes will be accepted per session. Sessions will be Mondays (5:00 pm – 6:30 pm) and Wednesdays (6:00 pm – 7:30 pm).
Refine your fielding fundamentals and learn how to hit the ball with more power with Amanda White, 2015 NCAA DIII Statistical Champion. Strengthen and condition your body with a professional and collegiate strength and conditioning trainer, Jake Hamby. Train like the collegiate athletes train, once a week for seven weeks. Work to get better this winter. Be that impact player!
