Join us on December 15th for a hitting clinic, featuring 3 former professional baseball players! The camp will feature three different sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours. This will allow for an individual focus on each player. The clinic will focus on: stretching/mobility, mental approach, and swing mechanics.

The camp will be held at Top Velocity Charlotte, located at 11150 Rivers Edge Rd, Pineville, NC 28134.

Michael Osinski will lead the clinic. Coach Osinski played 3 season at Longwood University. He was drafted by the Boston Red Sox and played five season in the Red Sox organization. He also played one year of independent baseball with the Gastonia HoneyHunters. Coach O currently is a varsity assistant coach at Charlotte Catholic and also an assistant for the Queen City Corndogs collegiate team.

Jerry Downs will also help with the clinic. Downs was drafted by the Red Sox and played 7 seasons in their system. He also played two seasons with the High Point Rockers in the Atlantic League. Coach Downs is currently a hitting coach with the San Diego Padres.

Our third instructor will be Jake Skole. Jake was drafted in the first round of the MLB Draft in 2011 by the Texas Rangers. Skole played 8 years in the minors, with both the Rangers and Yankees. He also played football at UGA. Jake is currently a player with the Party Animals.

I verify that my child has been checked by a licensed physician and is physically able to participate in Eddie Hull Baseball Camps.  I hereby agree and promise that I will not hold Eddie Hull Baseball Camps, LLC or its employees responsible for any loss, damages, personal injury, or COVID related symptoms received as a result of participation.  I hereby authorize the directors of this camp to act for my child according to their best judgment in an emergency that requires medical attention.  I agree to allow my child to be treated by a certified athletic trainer or licensed physician (if necessary) and to assume all costs related to such treatment.  I authorize my insurance company to pay benefits towards any medical treatment centers.  Also, I authorize the disclosure of medical information to my insurance company for the purpose of this claim.

Meet Eddie Hull

Coach Hull is the owner of Eddie Hull Baseball Baseball Camps and the Head Baseball Coach at Charlotte Catholic High School. He also owns the Queen City Corndogs.  He previously served as an assistant coach at Queens University of Charlotte. Hull also spent one season as an assistant coach at Charlotte Latin.

Hull was born and raised in Charlotte. He attended Charlotte Catholic High School and was first team All-State in 2012, along with being named the MEGA 7 Conference Player of the Year. Hull played one year of junior college baseball at Louisburg College, followed by three years for the Charlotte 49ers.

Hull has coached and offered baseball lessons throughout the Charlotte area since 2017.
