Lancer Fall Prospect III Camp
The Longwood University Lancer Prospect III Camp will give high school and junior college athletes a unique opportunity to learn and develop advanced skills from the Longwood Baseball Staff. The camp will allow athletes to showcase their skills and abilities during a pro-style showcase and during a live game situation. The live-game action will include hands-on in-game instruction from the Longwood Baseball Staff. The itinerary for the camp will be designed to allow all players the opportunity to be seen by all coaches in attendance and specifically, the baseball staff at Longwood University. Camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by age, number, or gender described.

Parent/Guardian Authorization Form and Assumption of Risk Statement
To the best of my knowledge, the camper is in good health and the undersigned who is one of the parents have legal custody, or the legal guardian of the camper, hereby authorized and consents to the attendance and participation of the camper in all of the official activities of the camp and the adult supervisor to exercise adult supervision, discipline, and control over the camper.
I am aware that participating in any sport can be a dangerous activity involving MANY RISKS OF INJURY. Because of the dangers of participating in athletics, I recognize the importance of following the instructions of coaches and staff regarding playing techniques, training, other team rules, etc., and agree to obey such instructions. I understand that my participation in this camp is VOLUNTARY.
I hereby assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold the Commonwealth of Virginia, Longwood University, its employees, agents, representatives, coaches, and volunteers harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debt, claims, or demands of any kind and nature whatsoever which may arise by or in connection with my participation in any activity related to camp at Longwood University. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for myself, my heirs, estate, executor, administrator, and all members of my family.
In the event that an injury, illness, or emergency arises during my participation at Longwood University Camp, permission is hereby granted to the attending physician, athletic training staff, or another agent (coaches, EMTs, police, etc) to proceed with any treatment medically necessary, including, by not limited to, transport, evaluation, surgery, procedures, tests, and follow-up care.

What is the refund policy?
Longwood Baseball does not offer refunds. For cancellations, we offer credit toward a future camp/clinic. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled camp date to receive credit. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to a camp/clinic will not receive credit. Credit can be used toward a camp/clinic within 12 months of the originally scheduled date. Camp/clinic credit must be used towards an event of equal or lesser value. Camp/clinic credit is non-transferable to any other camper.
