All coaches and scouts will be receiving a full detailed description and academic information about your son. They will also have stats and data collected during the event, including pitchers velo, 60-yard dash, exit velocity, arm velocity, etc.

All colleges advertised have completed an agreement with PT to work camp. In the event a coach is unable to attend, every effort will be made to get another coach from that college before replacing them with another college. PrimeTime reserves the right to modify the colleges listed as needed.

All participants receive a numbered shirt and cap. In addition, merchandise is available for purchase.

All payments are non-refundable, non-deferable, and non-transferable in all circumstances – this includes a college commitment, any injuries, illnesses, and any medical conditions or treatments. No Exceptions. Please carefully consider this prior to accepting an invitation and registering and paying for any of our events.

All cancelations must be requested in writing and be emailed to info@ptevents.org and include the name of the player as well as the reason for canceling. You can request for a credit to a future PT event (Note: Texts or calls are not valid to cancel or request a credit). Please carefully consider this prior to accepting an invitation and registering and paying for any of our events.

The event remains fully non-refundable in the case of inclement weather. Prime Time will make every effort to ensure the best possible showcase when weather interferes and there will be no refunds or credits, regardless of how much showcase is completed.

Prime Time, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to adjust the schedule of the event, push back the schedule or postpone the event in case of inclement weather. PT also reserves the right to move to an indoor location. Any change in itinerary will be focused on the safety of all participants and staff – PT will not jeopardize the safety of players, coaches and spectators.

In the event a showcase or camp is pushed back, postponed or cancelled due to weather or some other unforeseen event, the showcase or camp will be rescheduled as soon as possible, and PT will announce the make-up day to the players registered. We do not offer refunds if the event is rescheduled, just a future showcase/camp credit if you cannot be in the make-up day and request to cancel.

There will be no refunds or credits, regardless of how much showcase is completed.

All players and umpires must use their own equipment while participating. This includes gloves, bats, helmets, bags, cleats. catcher’s gear, towels, uniforms/clothing, food/drinks cleats, running shoes/turf shoes and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete.
