Waiver and Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Freeman Baseball Academy Camp (“Camp”), the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in baseball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, disability, and death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Camp.
2. Release and Waiver: I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Freeman Baseball Academy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and other participants from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property incurred while participating in the Camp.
3. Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Freeman Baseball Academy to obtain necessary medical treatment for the participant. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred.
4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freeman Baseball Academy from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the Camp.
5. Photographic Release: I grant Freeman Baseball Academy the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media of the participant taken during the Camp for promotional purposes without compensation.
6. Code of Conduct: I understand that all participants are expected to adhere to the Camp’s code of conduct, and any behavior deemed inappropriate by Camp staff may result in dismissal from the Camp without a refund.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing it freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
