Two Year Camp Credit To A Future GameTime Showcase Will be Awarded If You Request Refund

The GameTime Showcase Series Events are designed to provide players who want to continue their playing careers at the next level with an opportunity to be seen by College Coaches who are in attendance (possible on live stream as well) from various levels.

The format of this event is designed to give the coaches in attendance the best opportunity to evaluate each player and make a determination on where they would fit in their program.

Event Date: November 16-17th (access to 2 turf fields)

Location: USA Baseball National Training Complex

Open to 2025-2028 Grads, Post Grad, and JUCO players

Nov 16th: Pro Style Workout Plus Game Play
Nov 17th: Pro Style Workout Plus Game Play

All Players will receive their Metrics: 60 time, exit velo, positional arm velo, poptime, pitching velo and spin rate after the event for recruiting purpose

Turf Field: Molded cleats, rubber cleats or turfs ONLY
Turf Field: NO SEEDS OR GUM.

Attire: Baseball Pant, Belt, Sock, Hat – Camp T-shirt Provided for Individuals not teams

Bring your own equipment, Drinks and Snacks!

Game 1: 8:00-10:00am – 2 Fields
Game 2: 10:15am – 12:15pm – 2 Fields
Game 3: 12:30pm – 2:45pm – 2 fields
Game 4: 3:00pm – 5:00pm – 2 Fields
Game 5: 5:15pm – 7:15pm – 2 Fields

November 17th – 8-12 teams

David is the owner who founded the Owner of GameTime Showcase Series LLC and The Transfer Spotlight Series to provide opportunities for student athletes to play at the next level. He played college baseball at Slippery Rock University, making two DII NCAA World Series. He also has 14 years of experience coaching high school and travel ball baseball teams. David has been running GameTime Showcase Series events for the past 12 years mainly in Florida and most recent in North Carolina. We have expanded North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Georgia, Florida with more to be added soon!

If one of the school listed to attend one of our events is forced to drop out for some reason, we will attempt to replace them with another school. Showcase participants are free to share their player metrics information with schools not in attendance per NCAA Rules and Regulations. (Open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level or gender).

Yes, we offer discounts for teams or organizations with 10+ players attending an individual event, contact me for more details

We recommend teams with uncommitted, transfers and 2024-2028 grads to attend our events.

Athletes should bring their own glove and bat if they have one. We recommend wearing baseball pants, socks, belts, hat, a t-shirt will be provided with a number on it assigned to your athlete.

Check in will occur at the front entrance at every venue. Since we will have an AM session and PM session at every event the check in time for your athlete will be sent via the EMAIL you registered with 1-2 weeks prior to the event you athlete is participating in. Typically for the AM session registration begins at 8:15am-8:30am and Typically for the PM session at 12:15pm-12:30pm.

At each event we will have an AM and PM session depending on what session your in will have a different time frame but players will participate in the following depending on position of your athlete: Check in, stretch, Running the 60 or home to 1st, outfield metrics, infield metrics, pop times to 2B and a bullpen session or throwing live to hitters.

The majority of our events expect 1 are turf field and they are equipped to handle the inclement weather. If inclement weather occurs during the event we will continue once the weather has moved on or reschedule the event.

We do not offer refunds, instead we will give you credit towards a future event. We will only refund if an athlete is committed prior to even or injured and has a doctors note that will need to be provided to me at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
