– The Carolina Baseball Prospect Camp is only available to the first 50 registered campers. The prospect camp offers campers the opportunity to play games on the campus of UNC with the Carolina Baseball Coaching Staff while also receiving hitting and position specific instruction. Infielders, outfielders and catchers alike, will throw and field from their positions as well as take batting practice on the field.

– Primary pitchers are guaranteed at least 2 innings pitched with pitch count limits for protective purposes. (The USA Pitch Smart Guidelines will be used in assessing pitchers and mound use.) Team numbers are limited to ensure quality at bats for position players. Coach Pitch and Machine Pitch capabilities are an option dependent on the number of available pitchers and innings.

– Upon registration, please indicate your primary and secondary position. With the limited number of campers, each athlete should receive time at their primary position but also should be prepared to play other spots throughout the game.

– Drill work, instruction and workout sessions insure that campers will have time to work and be evaluated at their primary position.

– Depending on pace of game play, camp dismissal could end prior the 6:00pm posted time.
