Arm Care and Velocity Development Camp

This 8 week arm care/velocity program is designed by a former Phillies Strength and Conditioning coach in tandem with college and pro pitchers to ensure proper arm care and development during the offseason. We will also be working on cleaning up throwing mechanics with the use of technology such a video analysis and the DiamonKinetics Pitchtracker.
