Coaches & Organizers you might meet...
Head Coach Vince Connor is in his 5th season and first as the Head Coach. His first 4 seasons 2020-2023 he served as the pitching coach and recruiting coordinator for Lincoln University. During his tenure Lincoln has posted season lows in ERA twice (21 and 23), hits per 9 allowed 3 times (21-23), Runs allowed 3 times (21-23), K’s per 9 twice (21 and 23), hit batters per 9 twice (22 and 23) and walks per 9 3 times (21-23)
He joined the Lions after coaching high school baseball in SC for 14 seasons. During that time he was been at five high schools including two years as the Head Coach at Westwood High School. He was also at Bamberg Ehrhardt, Colleton County, Estill Cane Bay and Wilson High Schools. He served in many capacities as the Head Baseball at Estill, the JV Head coach (BE and CC) and varsity assistant focused on the pitching staff at Cane Bay, and Wilson. During that time pitchers posted career bests in ERA, saw healthy growth in velocity, strike percentage and career lows in walks per 7, runs allowed and pitches per 7.
Connor graduated from Coker College where he spent two seasons on their collegiate baseball team before a non-sports injury ended his playing career. The Dorchester, South Carolina native lettered in four sports while attending St. George High School; baseball, football, track and weightlifting. He was All Region in Baseball in 1995 and 1996 and was a state qualifier in the 3200 and 1600 meter races in track. He graduated from St. George in 1996.
Coach Connor and his family, wife Jamie, and daughters Katherine and Madeline currently reside in Havre de Grace, Maryland.

Who can participate in your camps?
Our prospect camps are open for high school and JUCO players looking to be recruited to play college baseball. We use these events to fill the rosters of future Lincoln University baseball teams.
Who are the instructors?
Our camps boast a highly qualified and experienced coaching staff. Instructors include Lincoln Baseball Coaches, and current players. This ensures that participants receive top-notch instruction from experts who are dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young athletes.
What safety measures are in place?
The safety of our campers is of utmost importance to us. We maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to all necessary health and safety guidelines. Our staff is trained to provide proper supervision and ensure that all equipment is in good condition.
How can I register my child for these camps?
Registration for our camps can be completed online through Play’n Sports software. The registration process will require basic information about your child, such as name, age/grade, emergency contact details, and any medical considerations. Specific instructions and registration deadlines will be available on the camp website.
