Camp will be a credit to any upcoming camps that we run

This Camp will be held at the Academy in West End, NC every Friday night in January for grades K-5

I agree to allow my child to participate in this Baseball Camp. I am aware that this activity may cause accident or injury during the camp and agree to assume all the risks involved in participating in such camp.  I hereby release C35 Baseball Organization, if any accident may occur.
