This Camp will be held at the The Factory in Southern Pines every Friday night in January for grades 5-8

I agree to allow my child to participate in this Baseball Camp. I am aware that this activity may cause accident or injury during the camp and agree to assume all the risks involved in participating in such camp.  I hereby release C35 Baseball Organization, if any accident may occur.
