Camp will be a credit to any upcoming camps that we run

This Camp will be held at the C35 indoor Baseball Facility in Goldsboro for youth players grades K-5. This camp will be every Friday night in the month of February. This camp is open to any youth Baseball player in grades from K-5 looking to get ready for the Spring Season.

I agree to allow my child to participate in this Baseball Camp. I am aware that this activity may cause accident or injury during the camp and agree to assume all the risks involved in participating in such camp.  I hereby release C35 Baseball Organization, if any accident may occur.
