Over the last two seasons, over 100 Atlantic League players have had their contracts purchased by Major
League Baseball or foreign leagues. In each of the last three seasons, one ALPB player
has started the season in the Atlantic League and appeared in MLB games later that same season.

Owned and operated by current professional baseball coaches and managers; IndyBall Jobs has helped place hundreds of players throughout Independent Professional Baseball by providing a platform to showcase their abilities in front of coaches, managers, and scouts who are always looking for talent.

Baseball America – Atlantic League Pro Days, powered by IndyBall Jobs Itinerary

Day One: 9am Check-in

PITCHERS: Light Pen/Throw on field with former MLB Cy Young Award and World Series MVP Frank Viola

POSITION PLAYERS:
Standard pro-day style showcase
IndyBall Jobs Staff / Manager, Coaches and Scouts introduction
OPTIONAL 60
Catcher’s Pop-time
Outfielder throws to 3rd base and home
Individual Infield – All IF by groups at shortstop: 4 ground-balls each
Extended infield
Batting Practice off machine

Day Two: LIVE GAME
8:30am Check-in
Quick front toss on field or cage BP
Live simulated games – ALL ABs start with 1-1 count

PITCHERS: Live game
25-30 pitches or 5-6 hitters

Following the two Pro Days, the Atlantic League will hold a player draft on Wednesday, April 9 with
Hagerstown holding the first pick in the 2026 Atlantic League Draft.

Representations of Player

Player attests he/she is not a party to any obligation to any other baseball organization to perform skilled services as a professional baseball player; player attests he/she has no physical or mental impairment which prevents the performance of his services as a skilled professional baseball player and has no pending workers compensation claim(s).

Player Name and Image

Player irrevocably grants and assigns to Pro Days Event producers and partners (the “Event”) the right to use his/her name, likeness (still or moving image), or both, in connection with the advertisement, promotion or sale of the Event, without limitation; player specifically acknowledges that he/she has no right, interest in or to, or right to receive remedy from, any names, trademarks or service marks (logos) or other descriptions of the Event.

Atlantic League Uniform Player Contract

At the Event or for five (5) business days thereafter, upon an employment offer from an Atlantic League Member Club, player agrees to render his/her services as a professional baseball player by signing an Atlantic League Uniform Player Contract (“Contract”). Player understands and agrees that the Member Club, or any subsequent assignee of this Contract, including the Atlantic League, may without player’s consent freely assign the Contract to any other Member Club in the Atlantic League or to any other team in Major League Baseball (“MLB”), or any minor league (whether such league is affiliated with MLB teams or not), or any teams in any league in foreign countries at any time and upon such terms as the Member Club deems acceptable; provided, however, that no assignment to a league located outside the United States shall be effective without the consent of the player.
