This clinic is designed to introduce youth players to a proper arm care and long toss routine that they can use to develop throughout the winter. This clinic will be more educational where participants will learn how to progress through a proper catch play that is intentional and not just the typical version of going through the motions. After catch play, we will teach participants arm care drills that we use with our players to promote healthy arms.

Please bring water, a glove, and either rubber cleats or turf / tennis shoes. No metal spikes.
