5 Day Youth Wrestling Camp with App State Coaches

At High Country Wrestling Camps, we are committed to providing a top-tier wrestling experience for athletes of all skill levels. Hosted in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains at Appalachian State University, our camps offer a unique opportunity for young wrestlers to develop their skills, improve their techniques, and gain valuable insights from experienced coaches and athletes.

The Youth Camp is specifically designed to teach the fundamentals of wrestling to boys and girls aged 7–12. This day camp focuses on developing proper techniques, building confidence, and fostering a love for the sport in a fun and supportive environment.

Cost Tuition: (A small online convenience fee will apply during registration)

Multiple Camp Discount: Save $50 on your second camp registration.
Sibling Discount: Save $50 for the second sibling.

Refund Policy
A $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Partial refunds for medical reasons will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Information
Wrestlers are responsible for packing their own lunch each day.
The camp takes place in Varsity Gym, providing a state-of-the-art facility for training and learning.
