Get ready for an unforgettable experience at the UCF Baseball Camp! Join us for an action-packed 2-day event designed to elevate your skills and passion for the game. Led by our top-notch UCF coaching staff, alongside current and former players, as well as expert instructors, this camp is your gateway to reaching new heights in baseball.

Camp Details:

Session Times: Both days camp will run from 9am to 3pm
Age-Appropriate Groups: Campers are grouped by age for tailored instruction, maintaining an optimal coach-to-camper ratio for focused learning.
Fundamentals Focus: Small groups ensure personalized attention, allowing campers to refine their fundamental baseball skills.
After a break at 12 pm, the real action begins with scrimmage games from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Camper teams stick together, guided by their coaches, as they put their newfound skills into practice.

Hydration is key, and water stations will be readily accessible throughout the day. However, we require campers to bring their labeled water bottles for convenience.

Additionally, to ensure the comfort and well-being of our campers, T-shirts are included for free, providing a sense of unity and memorabilia from their experience. To combat the sun’s heat, tents will be thoughtfully placed throughout the camp to offer shade, preventing players from getting overheated during the intense training sessions. Moreover, to foster a sense of belonging, each piece of equipment, from hats to cleats/shoes, will be adorned with the camper’s name, further enhancing their connection to the camp community.

Highlights to Anticipate:

Expert Instruction: Learn from experienced college and HS coaches, UCF players, and seasoned instructors in the area.
Cutting-Edge Facility: Enjoy our state-of-the-art venue, complete with new seating arrangements and a pristine all-turf field.
Energetic Atmosphere: Groove to music playing on our jumbotron, infusing the camp with an exciting vibe.
Balanced Program: Experience a blend of skill enhancement and game scenarios, setting the stage for development and in-game experience.
Scrimmage Fun: Put your skills into action with engaging scrimmage games.
Camp T-Shirt: Each camper receives a complimentary camp T-shirt as a keepsake.
Access to UCF Players and Coaches: Interact with our college players and coaches, gaining insights from their expertise.

Prepare to make lifelong memories and enhance your baseball prowess at the UCF Baseball Camp. This is your chance to elevate your skills while having a blast in a supportive and vibrant environment.

Have questions?

Check out some of our FAQs below

A Medical Authorization form and a Participation Waiver is required for a camper to participate. Both forms must be completed and signed prior to the start of camp.

Campers are encouraged to bring their own equipment to camp (bat, glove, helmet, catcher’s gear, etc.). Rich Wallace Baseball Camps cannot guarantee equipment to all campers. Campers should bring sunscreen during our summer camps as we are not allowed to provide this due to medical concerns and reactions. Any medical equipment (inhalers, etc) must be provided by the camper. Campers are encouraged to wear baseball appropriate clothing. Cleats are encouraged. We recommend that tennis shoes be worn in our indoor facilities.

Location for camp check-in: UCF Baseball Field – 4000 Central Florida Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32816

Meals will be provided for certain camp sessions. Please see Camp Details page for more information.

Parents are highly encouraged to watch the session. By learning the material, they can assist their child in reinforcing what was taught. Thus, parents are more than welcome to watch. Coaches will be happy to answer any questions after the drill session is over or after camp completion. Of course, your player is encouraged to ask questions at the time of the drill for immediate assistance.

It is highly recommended that you mark your equipment. Lost or left behind equipment is not guaranteed to be returned unless the equipment is clearly marked with a name and phone number.
