Join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of our 2025 Varsity and Junior Varsity baseball teams. This year-end celebration gives us the opportunity to get together, relive the ups and downs, and recognize our seniors moving on. Players are FREE. However, you need to register them using the Code below. That way we have an accurate head count. A portion of the overall cost has been defrayed by the HAWKE Youth Sports Fund, bringing the cost down to $25.00 per person plus processing fees (Approx: $28 total) for each adult or child 12 or older. Children under 12 are $15 plus processing fees (Approx: $17 total).

Location: Erie Trackside Manor, 1 Jersey Avenue, Port Jervis, New York 12771

Start Time: 6:00 pm (Suggested arrival: 5:45 pm)

Dress: Casual (Suggested for players: Golf shirts, button down shirt, khakis/pants, or nice jeans)

Food: Buffet style meal with dessert, soda, tea, coffee and water included

Cost for Family and Friends: $25 per person plus processing fee (Approx. $28 total) (Adults and Children)

Cost for Players: Covered by program, but required to register to get accurate head count.

Parking: Street parking on Jersey Avenue. Additional parking located in the City lot off of Ball Street. Handicapped parking on street is limited. Additional parking may be available at the Erie Depot. Dropping off guests requiring assistance is suggested. The ramp is almost directly in front of the venue’s main entrance.

Street parking located on Jersey Avenue. Additional parking in the City parking lot located off of Ball Street, which is a short walk.

Handicapped parking is limited. If unavailable, we recommend dropping off guests at the entrance of the Trackside and then parking. Use of the Erie Depot parking lot may be a possibility.
